Austin Simpson recognizes the importance in investing and supporting local public education, for the future of our children and of the community. Preparing students for the world we live in each-and-every day is different than it once was. Artificial Intelligence and computer skills are everyday realities. He is dedicated to supporting initiatives that equip students with the resources for real-world success, in a fiscally responsible manner.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
Austin Simpson advocates for the prioritization of safety for students and staff as a top-concern. He is committed to supporting initiatives that provide continued progress in safety standards in concert with local law enforcement. Quite simply, our community not only expects, but demands our school system has systems in place that will protect our students, staff and visitors - both internally and externally.
FUTURE GROWTH
Austin Simpson advocates for addressing the long-term needs of the district ahead of time. He believes that proactiveness promotes growth, and conversely that reactivity produces retraction. As the district continues to grow, he will support initiatives that will allow an increase in capacity in a responsible manner. A growing school district means a growing economy, for the betterment of tax payers.
EARLY CHILDHOOD
Preparing students for the future starts at early childhood. By supporting the district's Parents as Teachers program and similar initiatives, the district does its part in educating our growing community of young families to prepare the next generation of students, supporting our teachers and their desire to see students excel.

Austin Simpson's campaign is founded on the principles of responsibility and emphasis on quality and safety of the district. With a steadfast commitment to fostering an upstanding educational system, his mission is to create an environment where every student has the chance to thrive, and a place where faculty and staff stay to 'call home'. By prioritizing collaboration and innovation, with regard to the basics in education that have stood the test of time, Austin aims to ensure that the Webb City R-7 School District becomes a model across the State of Missouri for its commitment to the basics: instruction of students to meet the demands of the world, with the skills to successfully and responsibly contribute to it.
